School Attendance Letter Request

If you are required to prove your child attends Dagenham Parch Church of England school, you will need to follow this procedure.

You are required to submit this form to office@dagenhampark.org.uk, and you must provide 2 documents. One document to prove your address. The other for us to see where the letter needs to be addressed to and why the letter is needed.

To ensure the accuracy and integrity of student records, the school has updated its procedure for issuing proof of attendance and educational history letters.

Where a letter is required by a third party (for example, an employer, college, university, government department, or other organisation), we will send the confirmation directly to the requesting organisation using the contact details they provide. We will not normally issue these letters for onward transmission by parents, carers, or former students.

This process helps us ensure that information is provided securely, accurately, and in accordance with our data protection obligations.

If you require a proof of attendance letter, please provide the name and contact details of the organisation requesting the information, and we will arrange for the letter to be sent directly to them.

You do not need to call the school. If you have given all the correct information your letter will be processed in 48 hours.
