New Intake 2021
We are placing our Year 7 Admissions process entirely online. Please complete the Year 7 intake admissions form for your child by Friday 30th June. You need to provide proof of your home address i.e., a Council Tax bill, tenancy agreement or a utility bill and your child’s birth certificate or passport. Please take a photo of these documents or scan them and email them to email@example.com. Please enter your child’s full name as the subject of the email.
Please complete and return the biometrics letter duly signed and dated by yourself – this is to reduce queues in the dining hall and allows your child more time to eat their lunch. Also enclosed is information regarding ParentPay and how to apply for free school meals together with information regarding the sale of school uniform. This information will also be on our website together with price lists from 28th May 2021.
There will be a ‘Transition day’ for New Year 7 pupils on Friday 2nd July. Pupils will enjoy a range of lessons and will meet their Head of Achievement.
In addition, we will be running a 1-week summer school to further support your child’s transition from Year 6 to Year 7. This will run from Monday 23rd to Friday 27th August 2021 and will include a range of enrichment and academic activities. Lunch will be provided and there will be an awards assembly at the end of the week that parents can attend. It will be a great opportunity for your child to get to know the school community. For more information, please see below.
Should you wish to meet to discuss your child’s enrolment or raise any concerns you may have please contact us and a member of staff will call you to arrange an appointment.
Once again, we welcome you to Dagenham Park Church of England School and we look forward to working with you in the years to come.

Until you top up your child’s account he/she will need to bring a packed lunch to school.
What if your child receives a Free School Meal?
The school requires evidence that your child is entitled to free school meals. Once we have this, their daily allowance will be added automatically to their Parentpay account and you will not need to take any further action.
To apply for free school meals please follow this link.
What if your child does not receive Free School Meals?
You have a choice of two options on how you pay for your child’s school meals – online via www.parentpay.com (this is the easiest method) using the activation details on the letter your child receives shortly after starting ,or at a PayPoint network store with cash, using the paypoint barcode on the letter your child receives shortly after starting.
If you are going to make online payments with ParentPay you will need to first activate the account and then topup your child’s card with money.
- Go to www.parentpay.com click on the Activate button
- Enter the activation codes – (these are on the letter your child receives shortly after starting)
- Click the Activate button
- Enter your details (including email address)
- Once the account is activated you can topup from the My payment items tab.
Please regularly top up enough money for your child to purchase food. An average amount is just over £2.30 per day. It is best to topup in multiples of £10.
